All sessions purchased through GymHoppers can be redeemed exclusively at our partnered gyms listed within the app. These sessions are subject to each gym’s operational timings, availability, and individual policies. Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred unless features like group-sharing are explicitly offered. Group shared sessions can only be used by verified and approved members added to your group, and misuse may lead to account restrictions.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments made through the GymHoppers platform are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Once a payment is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable. Refunds, cancellations, or adjustments will be provided only under special promotional offers or in exceptional cases that fall under our outlined policies. Users are encouraged to review pricing and session details carefully before completing any purchase.
4. Gym Liability
GymHoppers functions solely as a digital platform that connects users with independent partner gyms. We do not manage, control, or supervise the operations, safety measures, staff behavior, or facility conditions of these gyms. As such, GymHoppers is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, thefts, or personal losses that may occur during workouts or while visiting partner gyms. Users are advised to follow gym rules and consult professionals if they have health concerns.
5. App Usage
Users must use the GymHoppers app responsibly and lawfully. Activities such as attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, sharing unauthorized sessions, submitting false information, or engaging in fraudulent actions may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account. Any misuse that affects app security, gym operations, or other users is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
6. Changes & Updates
GymHoppers reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, gym listing, membership plan, or pricing structure at any time without prior notice. We continually improve the platform and may introduce changes to enhance user experience. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or continuing to use the GymHoppers app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue using the platform.
